User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of JoyPlay: QuestGlow, the service domain at https://api.getjoyplay.com/, and related features, websites, promotions, reward tasks, wallet services, and support services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, signing in as a guest, opening JoyPlay: QuestGlow, completing tasks, earning rewards, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

JoyPlay: QuestGlow may provide access to third-party games, offers, stores, surveys, advertisements, payment services, and reward partners. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

1. Eligibility

You may use JoyPlay: QuestGlow only if you are legally able to enter into this Agreement and meet the minimum age required by applicable law in your location. You are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, and regulations that apply to your use of the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

You may be required to create an account, sign in with a third-party provider, or use guest access to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not create accounts using false information, automated methods, another person's identity, or a device state intended to bypass our rules.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or create security, fraud, legal, or operational risk.

3. Reward Tasks, Coins, and Wallet Features

JoyPlay: QuestGlow may allow eligible users to earn virtual coins, points, bonuses, gift cards, cash-out options, or other rewards by completing available tasks. Tasks may include installing games, launching apps, playing for a required time, completing levels, watching advertisements, answering surveys, participating in promotions, checking in, or completing other actions shown in the app.

• Rewards are available only when a task is displayed to you and completed according to the task rules.
• Task availability, reward amounts, eligibility, time limits, verification rules, and payment methods may change at any time.
• Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, reversed, denied, or forfeited if completion cannot be verified or if activity appears fraudulent, abusive, automated, duplicated, or otherwise invalid.
• Coins, points, and similar in-app values are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and have no value except as expressly provided in the Service.
• Withdrawals, gift cards, and redemptions may require account review, identity or risk checks, minimum balance thresholds, payment partner availability, and compliance with applicable law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, farms, automated tools, traffic exchanges, click fraud, fake installs, fake gameplay, VPN abuse, rooted or tampered devices, or other methods to manipulate rewards or eligibility.
• Create multiple accounts, share accounts, sell accounts, transfer rewards, or use another user's account without permission.
• Misrepresent task completion, submit false proof, interfere with measurement SDKs, block attribution, or manipulate device, network, location, or app usage signals.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, exploit, attack, disrupt, overload, scrape, or access the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, harassing, or offensive activity.
• Violate any third-party game, app store, payment provider, advertiser, survey provider, or offer partner terms.

5. Verification, Fraud Prevention, and Enforcement

We may monitor, review, and verify account activity, device signals, offer attribution, task progress, gameplay, wallet activity, redemption requests, referrals, and support submissions. We may use automated and manual review to protect users, partners, and the reward system.

If we believe that activity violates this Agreement, is suspicious, or creates risk, we may withhold rewards, reverse balances, delay or deny withdrawals, remove access to features, suspend or terminate accounts, block devices, or take other appropriate action.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party games, applications, advertisements, surveys, stores, websites, payment services, analytics services, and offer partners. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, rewards, purchases, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms.

7. User Content and Communications

If you submit feedback, support messages, screenshots, task proof, profile information, or other content to JoyPlay: QuestGlow, you represent that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and process such content as needed to provide, support, improve, protect, and operate the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

JoyPlay: QuestGlow, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, features, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service.

9. App Permissions and Updates

Certain features may require device permissions, such as notifications, media upload, location, app usage access, installed-app verification, or other permissions shown by your device. If you deny or disable permissions, some features or tasks may not work. We may provide updates, patches, or changes to the Service, and some features may stop working if you do not update.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with JoyPlay: QuestGlow. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate this Agreement, create risk, or if continued service is no longer commercially, legally, or technically practical. Termination may result in loss of access to your account, task progress, coins, rewards, and pending redemptions, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available, or that any specific task, reward, withdrawal method, game, offer, advertisement, or third-party service will remain available.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyPlay: QuestGlow and its service providers, partners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost rewards, account interruption, or service unavailability arising from or related to your use of the Service.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use of JoyPlay: QuestGlow after the effective date means you accept the updated Agreement.
