This Disclaimer applies to JoyPlay: QuestGlow, including its mobile application, reward tasks, game offers, wallet, redemption features, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read it together with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

JoyPlay: QuestGlow is an entertainment and rewards platform. Rewards, coins, and other in-app values are not guaranteed income, wages, investment returns, bank deposits, or legal tender. Your actual eligibility and available options are determined by the terms shown in the Service and by applicable partner, account, and regional rules.

1. Earning Coins, Gems, and Other Rewards

Eligible users may receive Coins, Gems, points, bonuses, gift cards, cash-out options, or other rewards by completing activities made available through JoyPlay: QuestGlow. Activities may include discovering or installing games, opening or playing games, reaching gameplay milestones, completing playtime tasks, checking in, completing missions or surveys, viewing advertisements, joining promotions, referring friends, or participating in virtual events.

• Each task has its own eligibility requirements, completion conditions, time limits, and reward amount.
• Task availability and reward amounts may vary by account, device, operating system, location, user level, campaign, and time.
• Seeing a task or an estimated reward does not guarantee that the task will remain available or that a reward will be issued.
• Some tasks may have multiple stages, and each stage may have separate verification and reward requirements.

2. Gameplay Data, Permissions, and Attribution

Some rewards depend on JoyPlay: QuestGlow and its game or offer partners receiving accurate data about an install, launch, gameplay activity, play time, level completion, survey, purchase, or other task event. You may need to grant device permissions or follow the task instructions for activity to be measured.

We cannot guarantee credit when tracking is unavailable, permissions are denied, attribution is interrupted, a task is started outside the instructions, an app is reinstalled, device or network signals are altered, a partner does not report the event, or the event cannot be verified. Processing may also be delayed while activity is reviewed.

3. Redemption and Withdrawal

Coins and other in-app reward units may be exchanged only for the redemption options currently displayed in the JoyPlay: QuestGlow wallet. Available rewards may include gift cards, prepaid cards, PayPal-related payments, content codes, game currency, coupons, or other offers, depending on availability.

• Minimum balances, account status, verification checks, processing times, payment methods, and other conditions may apply.
• Redemption options, exchange rates, denominations, fees, and delivery methods may vary by region, user, partner, and time.
• A submitted request may remain pending while account, task, fraud, identity, or payment-partner checks are completed.
• We do not guarantee that a particular reward, payment method, partner, or withdrawal option will always be available.
• You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting or using a reward where required by law.

4. No Cash Value or Guaranteed Earnings

Coins, Gems, points, and similar in-app values are promotional units for use within the Service. Unless expressly stated in the Service, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, sold, gifted, pledged, or used outside the available redemption flow. They do not accrue interest and are not a deposit, currency, security, or other financial product.

Nothing in the Service promises a particular amount of rewards or a particular return for time, gameplay, purchases, referrals, or any other activity. Results vary and may be affected by task availability, partner reporting, verification, eligibility, and regional restrictions.

5. Verification, Fraud Prevention, and Adjustments

To protect users and partners, we may review task activity, device and network signals, gameplay data, wallet activity, referrals, redemption requests, and support submissions. We may use automated and manual checks.

If activity cannot be verified or appears fraudulent, duplicated, automated, abusive, or inconsistent with the task rules, we may delay, adjust, reverse, deny, or forfeit related rewards. We may also restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, block devices, or take other action under the User Agreement. Prohibited conduct includes bots, scripts, emulators, fake installs, fake gameplay, account farming, manipulated device or network signals, and interference with tracking or attribution.

6. Third-Party Games, Offers, and Payment Partners

JoyPlay: QuestGlow may link to or integrate third-party games, applications, advertisements, surveys, stores, payment providers, analytics services, and offer partners. Those third parties control their own products, content, policies, eligibility rules, data practices, availability, and fulfillment. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to additional terms, and you should review them before participating.

We are not responsible for a third party's failure to provide content, record activity, approve an offer, deliver a reward, process a payment, or maintain a service, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Service Availability

The Service, task listings, reward balances, redemption options, and partner integrations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location, or that displayed information will always be complete, current, or accurate.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer when the Service, reward features, partner arrangements, or legal requirements change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes. Your continued use of JoyPlay: QuestGlow after an update means that you acknowledge the revised Disclaimer.
